Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high demand.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (standard delivery)

  • UPS 2-Day (expedited delivery)

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once the package has been shipped:

  • UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days depending on location

  • UPS 2-Day: Typically 2 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products can be received in their state or jurisdiction.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Carrier Responsibility

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is managed by UPS.

Delays caused by the carrier, including weather, operational issues, or routing disruptions, are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and contents (if applicable)

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
