Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimums apply to standard orders. Bulk or institutional orders may have quantity requirements.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be updated or cancelled while still marked “Pending.” Once they move to “Processing,” modifications may no longer be possible. Contact support promptly for assistance.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information is also available under Order History in your account.
