Is there a minimum order amount? No minimum for standard orders. Bulk or institutional orders may have specific quantity options.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled while in “Pending” status. Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible. Contact support as soon as possible.

How do I track my shipment? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking is also available in your account under Order History.

How fast do you ship? Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Larger or custom orders may require additional processing time.
